About me
I'm Sydney Parker, based in SE London. I've spent my working life in offices and behind counters — twenty-plus years of admin, inventory, and running things so other people don't have to think about them.
Then I spent six years running my own online business, and three years building AI systems from scratch — including a full AI platform with its own security architecture. So I've been on both sides: the person who needs help, and the person who builds the technology.
What that means for you: I fix real-world problems, I explain things the way I'd want them explained to my own family, and I never make you feel silly for asking.

Do I need to leave the house?
No. I connect securely to your computer over the internet. You watch everything I do and can stop me at any time.
Is it safe to let someone connect to my computer?
Yes — you stay in control. You see every step on your screen, the connection is encrypted, and you can end it whenever you like. I never ask for passwords I don't need.
What if you can't fix my problem?
If I can't fix the issue you booked me for, you don't pay. The first 15 minutes of any call are free so you can decide if I'm the right person.
What can you actually help with?

How do I pay?
Bank transfer or card. If you book through Fiverr, PeoplePerHour, or Airtasker, payment is handled safely by the platform. I'll confirm the details when you book.
